Call Management Services (CMS) is a direct referral service which benefits both agencies and creditors.
Each creditor is given unique toll-free numbers with creditor-specified call routing instructions. Creditors are able to choose as many specific agencies as they want for calls to be directed to. Routing tables are then created by us that contain information about each agency chosen by the creditor. When a call is received on the toll-free number, an agency is automatically selected from the given list based on the routing table and the call is then automatically connected to that agency. This reduces the time that employees need to spend handling telephone calls and ensures that calls to creditors regarding counseling are handled promptly and referred to an agency that is right for the customer and the creditor.

By using CMS, the customer is happy with the creditor because they were connected to a reputable, first-rate agency right away; the creditor is happy with the agency because the management hand selected which agencies would be receiving calls; the agency is happy with the creditor because they are receiving legitimate calls on a regular basis, saving money on marketing costs and increasing revenue.
