Founded in 2000, Peregrin Services is a company with a single mission: to improve the service, performance and accountability of the credit counseling and debt management industry through the application of technology and insightful information management. Peregrin provides automation, technology and business process outsourcing services to major credit card issuers, other lenders, credit counseling agencies and also manages the National Referral Line for the AICCCA. Within three years of commencing business, Peregrin grew to be recognized as an authority in the credit counseling industry. Still privately-held, our sole focus is on our mission.
With over 45 years combined experience, Peregrin Services consistently takes special efforts to focus on the process of supporting credit counseling. We are not a credit counseling agency, nor are we affiliated with any agency or creditor. This allows us to be completely objective; we look at each organization’s needs and provide recommendations to solve each individual business process issue.
Peregrin currently has patents pending internationally as well as domestically for its call management and proposal automation services.
